Getting into the Building
Please use the door located on the far right side of the building entrance when facing 40 Broad Street. Upon arrival, building security will ask you to sign in and will direct you to the elevator bank. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. FPWA reception is located immediately to your left when exiting the elevator. Please check in at reception and your host will greet you.

Accessibility & Building Information
The conference center is fully accessible by elevator. Restrooms are located on the 5th floor near the conference center reception area.

Event
When Trump’s changes to student loan repayment kick into effect on July 1, millions of student debtors will face massive spikes in monthly payments. Come join us to discuss the different changes that are occurring in the federal student loan system this summer, to transform shame into solidarity with other debtors, and to learn more about what we’re working on.

At the meeting, we will:

• Hear from each other, rage about our debts, and strategize for building the world beyond it,
• Discuss the recent changes to repayment plans,
• Hear from members of our Payment Pause Campaign Working Group, who will discuss campaign updates and discuss ways that members can get involved, and
• Get to know each other!

We hope to see you there! This meeting will be in person only and details will be sent to registrants via email – dinner will be provided! We will follow up later in July with an online meeting where we look forward to meeting other New Yorkers who cannot make this meeting.
