100 Days: Hitting the Streets for May Day!
In the months since the inauguration, we’ve seen unprecedented attacks on working people and the fabric of our civil society – mass firings of federal workers, budgets gutted, crucial regulatory frameworks dismantled, horrifying attacks on the rights of our migrant neighbors, imperialist bloviating by the president from Greenland to Gaza…the list could go on.
But we have something the oligarchs don’t: we have people power. And across the country – from fruit fields in California to classrooms in Chicago, from kitchens in Queens to loading docks in Atlanta – working people are rising up to fight back.
This May Day (5/1) we’re hitting the streets and joining mass actions in more than 100 cities to say ENOUGH. We refuse to accept a society where we’re forced into debt for our healthcare, housing, and education; where we’re meant to accept mass deportations of our neighbors as the norm; where workers have our labor exploited to line the pockets of the ultra rich. Will you join us?
Find an action near you and RSVP below to join our call this Saturday, April 26th at 3pm ET / 12pm PT to learn how you can meet us in the streets on May 1.
