This is BIG NEWS – it’s the result of years of organizing and public pressure, and it’s a move that would help millions of debtors across the country. But it’s not a done deal yet. 

We need to demand regulators act in our best interest and finalize these regulations in the strongest possible form – without concessions to the healthcare industry execs, big banks, and debt collectors lobbying them against us.
