Our government has voted to strip healthcare from millions by cutting Medicaid and other safety net programs to give massive tax cuts to the wealthiest people alive, build up its militarized deportation machine, and continue facilitating the genocide of Palestinians.

People are being killed as a matter of policy and it is our duty to fight back.

Those of us screwed over by the medical-industrial complex — that is to say, almost everyone — need to build a constituency of medical debtors — healthcare workers, patients, disabled folks, residents of environmental sacrifice zones, union members, and more — so organized and powerful that we have the political power to demand and build another world where everyone has access to healthcare for free.
