Making Revolution Irresistible

Do we have a communication problem on the left? Is the right-wing winning the culture war? Why and how is creativity and art that disturbs the status quo a necessary tool under authoritarianism?
Fascism isn’t merely a political ideology, it is also a mode of thinking rooted in rigidity and adherence to archaic, hierarchical worldviews. Thus, liberatory creative processes can help us free masses of people. And since oligarchs prefer a public that is allergic to abstract thought and curiosity in general, when we strengthen our creative communications tactics, we can better resist the prevalence of despair and inaction under authoritarianism.
This workshop will provide three key frameworks for using the artistic process to support your organizing processes. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of the new media landscape and tactics for navigating it with bravery and radical imagination.
