SUMMARY:WRITING YOUR DEBT STORY | A Creative Writing Workshop - Part II
DESCRIPTION:Nonfiction writer\, educator\, and Debt Collective member Krist
 in Collier will be offering a two-part creative writing workshop focused o
 n telling your debt story. In part one of the workshop\, we’ll look at s
 ample writing\, discuss focus\, structure\, language\, and research\, and 
 do some writing and experimentation together. You’ll leave the session w
 ith a plan to write an extended essay about your experiences. In part two 
 of the workshop\, we’ll bring in a rough draft– or the start of a roug
 h draft– and share our work with one another\, receiving whatever feedba
 ck feels most helpful. At the conclusion of that workshop\, we’ll also t
 alk about what to do with the essay next— what direction to take it in\,
  how and where you might receive more feedback\, and what steps you might 
 take to publish the work if you’d like to. The sessions will run from 7:
 30 - 9pm ET / 4:30 - 6pm PT.\n\nPart I  - Oct 15th at 7:30pm ET / 4:30pm 
 PT\nPart II - Oct 22nd at 7:30pm ET / 4:30pm PT
