  cutting Medicaid and other safety net programs to give massive tax cuts t
 o the wealthiest people alive\, build up its militarized deportation machi
 ne\, and continue facilitating the genocide of Palestinians.\n\n\n\nPeople
  are being killed as a matter of policy and it is our duty to fight back.\
 n\n\n\nThose of us screwed over by the medical-industrial complex — that
  is to say\, almost everyone — need to build a constituency of medical d
 ebtors — healthcare workers\, patients\, disabled folks\, residents of e
 nvironmental sacrifice zones\, union members\, and more — so organized a
 nd powerful that we have the political power to demand and build another w
 orld where everyone has access to healthcare for free.\n\n\n\nJoin us for
