DESCRIPTION:Massachusetts is a gatekeeper state when it comes to student de
 bt cancellation\, home to key congress members (Warren\, Markey\, Pressley
 ) on the student debt issue. Pushing leaders here can influence the entire
  terms of the debate. Additionally\, Massachusetts has some of the stronge
 st free college legislation nationally\, progressive infrastructure\, lead
 ership in hubs like Boston\, and powerful teacher’s unions. \n\nHowever\
 , none of that helps the thousands of borrowers stuck in the broken system
 .  We are building a coalition to change that.\n\nJoin Debt Collective on
  Sept 17th. This virtual call is a “kickoff” for the MA Campaign – M
 eet other MA student debtors\, share your story\, and learn how we can har
 ness our collective power to win a payment pause\, cancelation and free co
 llege for all.
