DESCRIPTION:Can you believe we are more than halfway through the year!! We
 ’re excited to relaunch Final Friday Flow\, monthly gatherings that remi
 nd us that the path to debt abolition and collective liberation begins wit
 hin. These sessions are rooted in the belief that the revolution must be f
 elt\, not just fought for. Through guided somatic and movement-based pract
 ices\, we transform exhaustion into power\, fear into vision\, and pain in
 to purpose. The ultra-rich want us to feel shame for owing banks and credi
 tors\, but there is no crime in pursuing education\, healthcare\, or housi
 ng. While we organize for universal public and reparative goods\, we also 
 need space to process the emotional toll of debt. If you’re ready for mu
 ch-needed somatic healing\, rest\, and reconnection\, join us every Final 
 Friday of the month to integrate\, wind down\, and rest. We’re building 
 this practice—and this movement—together.
